Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains? What to check, in order

If your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes and 0 domains after a purchase, check the login email, the subscription and provisioning first. A network block is the rare last case.

What you are seeing

You completed a purchase, but when you open app.maildoso.com your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains, no active package, or a "purchase" prompt. Your payment is not lost. Work through the checks below in order — the first three explain almost every case.

1. Are you logged in with the same email you paid with?

This is the most common cause by far. If the email on your Stripe receipt differs from the email you're logged in with (a different Google account, a colleague's email, a typo at checkout), the subscription sits on a separate account record and the dashboard you're looking at is genuinely empty. Compare the receipt email and your login email; if they differ, contact us with both and the receipt number and we'll link the subscription to the right account — see I paid but my subscription isn't showing in my account.

2. Does the subscription show on your Subscriptions page?

Open Billing → Subscriptions. If there's no active subscription there, the payment hasn't been attached to this account yet — same fix as above, contact us with the receipt. If the subscription is there but shows Past due or Canceled, a payment retry failed; update the payment method or contact us.

3. Does your plan include domains?

Some plans include mailboxes only. If your Subscriptions page shows an active mailbox plan but the Domains page shows 0 and you can't register domains, your plan has no domain slots — you can add domains from Packages & Add-ons, or connect domains you already own. See I paid for domains but the Domains page shows 0.

4. Did you buy in the last few hours? Provisioning may still be running

Right after checkout, slots and domains can take a little while to attach. Refresh after a few minutes; if it's still empty after an hour, contact us with the receipt number — most provisioning delays clear within 24 hours, but flagging it lets us check the queue for your order directly.

5. Rare: your network is blocking our backend

Occasionally an internet provider or corporate network blocks connections to our backend, api.maildoso.com. The dashboard then can't fetch your data and shows zeros even though everything exists. The tell-tale signs are that every page shows empty data, the browser console shows HTTP 503 or TLS handshake errors, and the same account looks fine on another network. To test: open the dashboard on a different network (a mobile hotspot) or through a VPN. If the data appears, it was a connection issue on your network side; if you manage your own network you can allow api.maildoso.com (IP 167.235.31.207). If the dashboard is still empty on another network, it isn't a network block — go back to checks 1–4 and contact us.

Still not showing up?

Contact our support team in the chat and include: the email you used to pay, the email you log in with, your receipt or invoice number, and which plan you bought. With those four details we can confirm where the subscription is and attach it to the correct account.
