Maildoso gives you a central place to read the replies coming into your mailboxes, and you can also connect individual mailboxes to your favorite email app. This guide explains both, plus what to do if your Master Inbox isn't loading.
The easiest way: your Master Inbox
Your Master Inbox brings the replies from all your mailboxes into one place inside your Maildoso account, so you don't have to log in to each mailbox separately.
Open the Master Inbox from your dashboard to read and keep track of incoming replies.
Connecting a mailbox to an email app (IMAP)
If you'd prefer to read a mailbox in an external email app (for example Apple Mail, Outlook, or a mobile mail app), you can connect it using your mailbox's sending and receiving details.
The exact server settings depend on the type of mailbox you have, so if you're not sure which details to enter, contact us and we'll provide the correct settings for your specific mailboxes.
If your Master Inbox won't open or create
Try a different browser, or open your account in a private/incognito window.
Temporarily turn off any VPN, ad blocker, or browser extensions that might block parts of the page, then reload.
Clear your browser cache, or try from another device or network.
