Attach a Procedure to a Work Order

Learn how to attach procedures to work orders so your technicians can easily access and complete them during maintenance or service tasks.

Pre-requisite

Ensure at least one procedure template exists in the Procedure Library.


Steps to Attach a Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Work Order:
    Go to CMMS > Work Orders and open the work order you want to update.

  2. Attach a Procedure:
    In the Procedures section, click + Attach Procedure.

  3. Select Procedure:
    Choose the desired procedure from the dropdown list.

  4. Confirm Attachment:
    Click the Attach Procedure button.


Additional Notes

  • You can attach multiple procedures to a single work order.

  • The same procedure can also be attached more than once if needed.
