Overview
You can attach procedures to work orders to define specific tasks or instructions.
Multiple procedures can be attached to a single work order.
The same procedure can also be attached multiple times to the same work order if needed.
Attach a Procedure to a Work Order
Before you begin, ensure at least one procedure template exists in the Procedures.
Steps:
Open the work order where you want to attach a procedure.
In the Procedure section, click + Attach Procedure.
Select the desired procedure from the dropdown list.
Click the Attach Procedure button.
The selected procedure will now be listed in the work order’s Procedure section.
Delete a Procedure from a Work Order
Steps:
In the Procedure section of the work order, click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the procedure you want to remove.
Select Delete Procedure.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, Delete in the confirmation popup.
Note: Procedure cannot be deleted once finalised.
