Generate PDF for Closed Work Orders

Learn how to generate a PDF summary of closed work orders, including customisable data and your company branding.

Accessing the Generate PDF Feature

The Generate PDF button is available only for work orders in the Closed state.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Field Service > Work Orders.

  2. Open the closed work order you want to export.

  3. In the top right corner, click the Generate PDF button.


Customising PDF Content

After clicking the button, a modal will appear with the following options:

  • Work Order Custom Fields
    Include all custom fields added to the work order.

  • Parts
    List of all parts attached to the work order.

  • Time Trackings
    Time tracking records associated with the work order.

  • Procedures
    Finalised procedures attached to the work order.

Tip: You can select one or multiple options. The selected data will be included in the PDF.


PDF Format and Branding

  • The generated PDF will include your company logo from Company Info in the header.

  • The document will summarise the work order information and any selected data sections.
