How to Filter Work Orders

Use filters to quickly organise and locate work orders based on key attributes like status, type, priority, or assigned personnel.

Steps to Apply Filters

  1. Navigate to Work Orders under Field Service.

  2. Click the Filter by “+” icon at the top of the work order list.

  3. A dropdown will appear showing all pre-defined filters and any custom fields added in Main Settings.

  4. Select the filter category (e.g., Status, Priority, Type).

  5. Choose the value you want to filter by.


Removing a Filter

  • To remove a filter, click the active filter and then select the bin icon to delete it.
