Configurable Procedure Header
You can now customise the procedure header to match the needs of your teams and specific use cases.
What’s New:
Users can hide or rename existing header fields from details tab in procedure templates for better clarity and relevance.
You can now add custom fields from:
Work Orders
Assets
Connections
These custom fields will appear in the procedure header, helping technicians and customers see key context up front.
Internal-only custom fields are excluded from external procedures, ensuring sensitive data is not exposed to customers or external users.
This update gives you more control over procedure documentation while keeping external visibility secure and intentional.
