1. Procedures
We’ve introduced a powerful new feature called Procedures, a digital maintenance form designed to boost operational efficiency for OEMs.
Key Highlights:
Digital Procedure Library
OEMs can create a structured library of maintenance procedures for each machine type.Attach Resources
Add reference images, documentation, or step-by-step instructions to each procedure for service engineers to follow.Work Order Integration
Procedures are linked directly to work orders, enabling engineers to fill them out digitally during service visits.On-Site Documentation
Engineers can upload photographic evidence and capture the signature of the facility manager as part of the procedure form.
2. Branding
To help OEMs deliver a more personalised experience to their customers, we’ve added a Branding feature that allows you to customise the appearance of your platform.
Key Highlights:
Custom Login Page
Upload your company logo, set a custom colour scheme, and edit the tagline on the facility sign-in page.Email Branding
Personalise outgoing system emails with your brand elements, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
3. Enhanced Security for Facility Platform
We’ve introduced password protection for users accessing machine information via QR codes.
How It Works:
Users who scan a machine’s QR code will first see basic information.
To view detailed data, they must log in with a valid username and password.
This added authentication layer helps protect sensitive machine data from unauthorised access.
Improvements
Language Settings Persistence
Previously, language preferences were reset upon logout. Now, once a user selects a language in the platform settings, it remains saved even after signing in again.Machine Description Visibility
Facility users can now view machine descriptions when machines are created from OEM templates — previously, this detail was missing.Real-Time Machine Updates
Machines created for a facility now appear instantly without requiring a page refresh.
