Three Product Split

To better align with our product strategy and simplify user navigation, the web app is now structured into three main product areas:

  1. Work Management

    • Work Orders

    • My Work Orders

    • Emails

    • Procedures

    • Scheduler

  2. Assets

    • Production Lines

    • Machines

    • Components

    • Inventory

  3. Facilities

This structure enables clearer positioning of features, allowing customers to focus on tools relevant to their workflows.

AI Assistants Now Available

AI Assistants are now live, allowing users to build asset-specific support agents that deliver contextual answers from existing documentation.

Key Features

  • Asset-Based Assistants
Assistants can only be created for Assets and Asset Templates to ensure contextual relevance.

  • Internal vs External Modes
Internal Assistants can index both internal and external documentation.
External Assistants can index external documentation only.
Every assistant requires a description to clarify its use.

  • Step-by-Step Assistant Creation
A guided builder helps users select an asset/template, upload documentation, describe the assistant, and preview it before publishing.

  • Multi-Assistant Support
Users can create multiple assistants per asset or reuse template-level assistants across machines.

  • My Assistants and Shared Assistants
View your created assistants under "My Assistants".
External assistants shared with you appear under "Shared Assistants".

  • Chat-First Access
Use the Chats page to select an assistant and begin querying documentation right away.

  • Answer Transparency with Document References
Each answer includes reference points from the documentation used to generate it.
