Customer Portal gains better access controls, bulk QR tools, and clearer work order views. Parts can be assigned to templates, notes support attachments, and CSV export is now available across key sections.

Customer Portal Enhancements

We’re introducing powerful new updates to the Customer Portal, making it easier to manage facility access and documentation sharing.

New Features

  • Facility Portal Access Visibility
    Instantly see which customers have portal access from the facility list.

  • Facility-Level Visibility Settings
    Configure portal access per facility by toggling visibility for:

    • Machine documentation

    • Production line documentation

    • Preventive maintenance events

  • Bulk QR Code Management
    Activate or deactivate QR code access for multiple machines at once. The QR code list now includes machine name and serial number for better identification.

  • Improved QR Code Visibility
    Machines with QR codes now display a QR icon directly in the list. Click it to view or print, no need to open the machine detail view.

  • Enhanced Work Order Details in Portal
    Finalised procedures are now visible on the main Work Order detail screen, not just under WO history.

These improvements streamline portal management and save valuable time for both OEMs and customers.


Assign Parts to Machine Templates

You can now assign parts directly to machine templates, ensuring consistent part configurations across all machines created from a template.

Key Highlights

  • Part Inheritance
    Parts assigned to a template are automatically included with all machines created from it.

  • Editable Per Machine
    Once edited, the parts list becomes independent of the template for that machine — future changes to the template won’t apply.

  • Same Behaviour as Image/Description Editing
    Similar to how editing an image or description detaches a machine from the template.

Note: Documentation still cannot be edited at the individual machine level.


Internal Note Attachments

You can now add attachments to internal notes, just like in external chats.

  • Supported File Types: .png, .jpeg, .csv, .pdf

  • Mobile Compatible: All attachments can be viewed on the OEM mobile app

This update improves internal collaboration and documentation across devices.


Export to CSV

We’ve added CSV export functionality across key sections of the platform for easier reporting and data analysis.

Available In:

  • Work Orders

  • Assets – including Production Lines, Machines, and Components (excludes documentation)

  • Facilities

  • Inventory

What’s Included:

  • General information + custom fields

  • Clean formatting for reporting and offline access

This makes data sharing and operational analysis more efficient and accessible.
