How do I filter work orders?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
Click the Filter by "+" icon at the top of the work order list.
A dropdown will appear showing all predefined filters and any custom fields added in Settings.
Select the filter category (such as Status, Priority, or Type).
Choose the value you want to filter by.
The work order list will update to show only work orders matching your selected criteria.
What filters are available?
You can filter work orders by:
Status: Open, In Progress, Closed, or custom statuses
Priority: High, Medium, Low, or custom priority levels
Type: Internal, External, or custom work order types
Assignees: Filter by assigned team members
Company: Filter by specific companies
Due Date: Filter by due date range
Scheduled Date: Filter by scheduled date range
Custom Fields: Any single-select custom fields configured in Settings
Can I apply multiple filters?
Yes. You can apply multiple filters at the same time to narrow down your results further. Each active filter will display at the top of the work order list.
How do I remove a filter?
Click the active filter you want to remove, then select the bin icon to delete it. The work order list will update to reflect the remaining filters.
