How do I export work order data to CSV?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
Click the Export button at the top of the Work Orders page.
Choose the export type: Summary or Detailed.
If you select Detailed, choose the data you want to include.
Click Export to download the CSV file.
What is the difference between Summary and Detailed export?
Summary Export: Includes core work order fields such as Work Order ID, Title, Status, Company, Asset, Assignees, Due Date, and Scheduled Date.
Detailed Export: Includes all summary fields plus your selected options. You can choose from:
Parts and Quantity: List of parts attached to work orders with their quantities
Time Tracking: Time entries recorded against work orders
Procedures: Procedures attached to work orders
The downloaded report will contain details based on the options you select.
Can I export filtered work orders?
Yes. Apply filters to your work order list before exporting. The CSV file will only include work orders that match your current filter criteria.
What can I use the exported data for?
Exported CSV files are useful for:
Generating reports for stakeholders
Analysing work order trends and performance
Sharing data with external systems
Creating backups of work order records
