Board View

A visual layout for managing work order stages and enhancing team collaboration.

Key features:

  • Custom Boards: Click + Create Board, select a single-select custom field, and view your workflow by that field.

  • Sorting within Columns: Sort by Name, Created Date, or Updated Date.

By default, the board opens in the Status view, showing work orders by their current status.

  • Each pin represents a company address.

  • Click a pin to view all work orders for that company.

  • Toggle between multiple work orders from the same company in the popup.

  • Ability to hide/view company pins with no open work orders.

  • Clicking on the pin navgates to work order detail view.

Calendar View

Ideal for scheduling and deadline management.

  • Displays work orders by scheduled date.

  • Click a work order to view full details.

Which view should I use?
