How is a line total calculated?

Each line is calculated in this order:

  1. Quantity × price

  2. Markup % is added

  3. Discount % is applied to the marked up price

For example, 2 × 100 with 10% markup and 5% discount gives 2 × 110 × 0.95 = 209.00.

How are taxes calculated?

  • Each tax is a percentage of the sum of all line totals.

  • Multiple taxes are added separately, not on top of each other.

  • The grand total is the line totals plus all taxes.
