What do the quote statuses mean?
Status | Meaning |
Draft | Being prepared. Not yet visible to your customer. |
Sent | Sent to your customer, who can approve or request changes. |
Pending Changes | Your customer has requested changes. |
Approved | Approved by your customer or your team. Pricing is locked. |
Declined | Declined. |
Expired | The Valid Until date has passed. |
How do I reopen an expired quote?
Set a future Valid Until date first, then change the status.
What can I change on an approved quote?
You can no longer edit line items, taxes, notes or the Valid Until date. You also cannot send or delete the quote. You can still link a work order or purchase order.
