Overview of the Chat Feature:

Our chat feature enables seamless and instant communication between you and your customers. With this feature, you can:

  • Chat in Real Time: Engage in live conversations with customers, ensuring quick responses and efficient collaboration.

  • Share Documents and Pictures: Easily exchange important documents, images, and files directly within the chat interface, eliminating the need for external email or messaging platforms.

  • Enhance Customer Support: Provide immediate assistance to your clients, address their concerns, and keep them informed about the progress of their requests.


Accessing the Chat Feature

To access the chat feature, open a work order and go to the right-side section. Here you can view your ongoing conversations or start new ones.

Starting a Chat Conversation

You can start conversations with your clients. Use this method of communication when you have given your clients access to the Customer portal. To send the chat message

  1. Click on the input text section at the bottom of the chat window.

  2. Type the message and click on the send icon “>” to send the message to your client.

Sharing Documents and Pictures

You can share documents and pictures with your clients and they can do the same. The attachment can be done by clicking the pin icon and choosing the file that you want to share with your client.

NOTE: Please note that the maximum size of the file cannot be more than 50MB.

Chat Message Notification

When you receive a message from your client on the work order. A red dot notification will appear on the work order. The work order will move to the top of the list for you to easily access and respond to your customer.
