Procedures

We have introduced a new digital maintenance form feature called “Procedures” designed to enhance operational efficiency for OEMs. Now OEMs have the ability to create and maintain a comprehensive procedures library, digitally defining all machine service procedures and conveniently attaching the necessary resources for engineers to reference.

These procedures will be readily available to the engineers on work orders. The service engineers will be able to fill out these procedure forms digitally and attach documentary proof (pictures) and the signature of the facility managers on-site.

Branding

We have introduced a new feature called “Branding” in our platform, which allows OEMs to customize the branding and appearance of the facility platform to match their company's identity. This feature gives OEMs the flexibility to create a seamless and consistent user experience for their customers. Here are the key highlights of this release:

Branding Customization: OEMs can now upload their company logo, and other branding assets to replace the default branding elements on the platform. Customize the color scheme, tagline, and other relevant information on the facility sign-in page.

Email Customization: Customize the email templates that are sent from the system to your customers by adding your own logo.

Enhanced Security and Access Control for the Customer Portal

We have introduced a new feature: password protection for users scanning the machine's QR code. When users scan the QR code, they will see basic machine details and for more information, they will be prompted to enter their username and password before gaining access to the machine's information. This additional layer of authentication will significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data.

Improvements

  • Language Settings: We have fixed an issue when the user changes the language for the platform in settings, the setting is applied for the current session only. When the user signs in again, the language settings turn back to English. Now applied language settings will stay even after the user signs in again.

  • Machine Description: The customers now can see the machine description when the machine is created from the template by the OEM. Previously, the description was not shown to the customers.

  • Customer Machines: We have fixed an issue where a page refresh was required to see the newly created machines for the customers. Now, newly created machines are shown without the need to refresh the page.
