How do I edit, delete, or archive a participant?

A participant can be deleted or archived. You can also edit a participant's information.

Editing Participants' Information

  1. Select the Participant tab.

  2. Locate the participant using the table filters or the search feature.

  3. In the participant's row, click More Info.

  4. Edit the information and press Save.

Tip: If you are trying to move a participant to a different class and you do not see the class in the drop-down you will need to add the class first.

Deleting a Participant

  1. Select the Participant tab.

  2. Locate the participant by filtering the table or using the search feature.

  3. In the participant's row, click More Info

  4. Click Delete Runner

  5. Click Yes, delete to confirm your action

Tip: Deleting a participant removes their mileage from their class, grade, and club total.

Archiving a Participant

Archiving a participant removes their mileage from their class, grade, and club total but it's held in the archive table.

To archive a participant:

  1. Select the Participant tab.

  2. Locate the participant by filtering the table or using the search feature.

  3. In the participant's row, click More Info

  4. Click Archive Runner

  5. Click Archive to confirm your action

You can also move an archived participant back to active. This will return the miles to the individual, class, grade, and club totals.

To unarchive a participant:

  1. Select the Participants tab

  2. Select Archived

  3. Locate the participant and check the box next to their name

  4. Select Move to Roster to confirm your action. The participant will now show on your active roster again.
