We offer a few of our resources in Spanish in our Resource Library.

If there's something missing or that you need please ask, we may be able to provide that for you.

Corre + Lee: Read a book and run a mile! This is a great resource for K-2nd grade classrooms to do together or used as an At-Home Challenge for kids.

Eat the Rainbow: Eat the rainbow and try to eat colorful fruits and vegetables.

Participation Form: This paper registration form is an alternative to our Recruitment tool to help you recruit participants for Spanish-speaking families.

Fuel Log: Encourages participants to try new foods, help prep meals, view food as fuel, and engage in family conversations to promote healthy habits.

Kick the Can: Participants will learn the importance and benefits of water to our body.

Mini Mileage Log: This mini-log is a way perfect way to give participants a chance to complete five miles from home, especially over holiday breaks.

Activity Log: Participants can track minutes of any type of heart-pumping physical activity to earn miles.

Mileage Log: Our tried and true traditional paper mileage logs are still available.

Sleep Activity: Participants will track the number of hours of sleep for one week along with how they felt each day.
