Activities and games to include during your run club time that are flexible, fun, and engaging.

Check out engaging games and challenges in our Resource Library. Under Games and Activities, you will find activities to boost movement, social support, and motivation among participants!

Activity Cards These can be used with a small group of participants or as a fun way to change up activity for the entire group.

Eat the Rainbow: Eat the rainbow and try to eat colorful fruits and vegetables.

Fuel Log: Encourages participants to try new foods, help prep meals, view food as fuel, and engage in family conversations to promote healthy habits.

Graphing Snacks: Participants can track their snacks and learn about MyPlate and the five food groups.

Heart Health Challenge: This challenge teaches all about the heart and challenges kids to move in a variety of ways that count towards mileage.

Kick the Can: Participants will learn the importance and benefits of water to our body.

Large Group Games: These games are designed to keep all kids active even in large numbers.

Mini-Mileage Log This mini-log is a way perfect way to give participants a chance to complete five miles from home, especially over holiday breaks.

Minimal Equipment Games :These games and activities can be done with minimal equipment.

Run And Read: Read a book and run a mile! This is a great resource for K-2nd grade classrooms to do together or used as an At-Home Challenge for kids.

Sleep Activity: Participants will track the number of hours of sleep for one week along with how they felt each day.

Tag Games Simply and easy tag games to get kids' hearts pumping.

Team Building (coming mid July): Activities to foster community and social support, boost motivation and easily integrate into the program as flexible, brief sessions that promote effective teamwork.
