WHAT IS A SESSION?

Marathon Kids defines a session as any effort that is recorded for a participant or group of participants.

Effort is recorded in three ways:

  • Scanned: Anytime a participant's ID card is scanned.

  • Manual Entry: A manual entry of laps or activity time

  • Submissions: Approving parent-submitted miles

SESSIONS TABLE

The Sessions table is the history of all the physical activity efforts captured during the season for the participants.

To help you find the session you are looking for the table can be:

  • filtered by the date, the track or activity, or the entry type.

  • sorted by using the ascending and descending arrows in each column

MORE INFO ON EACH SESSION

The More Info section contains a list of participants in that session. This is where you can edit the effort recorded.

Here you will see information for each session:

  • Session ID - time stamp of when the session synced

  • Track/Activity Name - where the effort occurred

  • Club Name - the name of the season
