For coaches and parents.

Your club type determines whether parents can submit miles completed at home for coach approval.

Compare the club types

  • In-Person Club: The club meets at a designated location. Parents can follow their child’s progress but cannot submit miles from home.

  • Hybrid Club: The club meets in person. Parents can follow progress and submit miles completed at home for coach approval.

  • Virtual Club: The club operates virtually. Parents submit miles completed at home for coach approval.

For coaches: change your club type

  1. Open your club and select Club Details.

  2. Select Club Info.

  3. Find Club Type and select In-Person Club, Hybrid Club, or Virtual Club.

  4. Save your change. Check that the intended club type remains selected.

You can change the club type after the season starts. If you switch to a Hybrid or Virtual club, tell parents how you want them to submit miles.

For parents: follow your coach’s club setup

Your coach selects the club type. For an In-Person club, you can follow your child’s progress but cannot submit miles from home. For a Hybrid or Virtual club, you can submit at-home miles for coach approval.

If you expected to submit miles but cannot, ask your coach which club type your club uses.
