If your analytics view is blank, don’t worry — it’s usually a simple setup issue. Common causes include:
Your MarkTag isn’t configured yet – Make sure it’s installed correctly on your website or app.
No events in the selected date range – Try expanding your date range using the picker at the top of the page.
Integration issues – Double-check your MarkTag ID in Settings to ensure it matches the one embedded on your site.
Once your MarkTag is active and events are firing, data will appear automatically.
