Analytics in Markopolo helps you understand your performance across three key layers of data:
Event Analytics – Tracks website or app interactions through MarkTag.
Campaign Analytics – Measures engagement and delivery metrics for each campaign.
Dashboard Analytics – Gives you a high-level view of your overall marketing and business performance.
Each section serves a distinct purpose — from granular event tracking to campaign-level insights to a company-wide overview.
Event Analytics
How do I access the Analytics page?
You can access the Analytics section directly from your main dashboard sidebar. Once you open the page, your analytics overview automatically loads, giving you an instant look at your key performance metrics.
Before exploring your data, make sure you’ve properly set up your MarkTag — our event-tracking identifier that links your website or app activity to your analytics dashboard. Without an active MarkTag, no data can be collected or displayed.
If your page shows “no data available,” it’s usually because your MarkTag hasn’t been installed or activated yet.
📈 Campaign Analytics
Where can I find Campaign Analytics?
You can view analytics for any campaign by navigating to Campaigns → View Details. This opens a detailed analytics dashboard for that specific campaign, where you’ll find data for each communication channel (like Email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Campaign Analytics give you a focused look at how your campaigns performed across delivery, engagement, and conversion metrics.
📊 Dashboard Analytics
What does the Dashboard show?
Your Dashboard provides a top-level snapshot of your overall business performance and marketing outcomes. It combines data from all campaigns, channels, and integrated platforms to show how your marketing is driving results.
At a glance, you’ll see:
Total Sales – The total value generated over your selected date range.
Total Conversions – The number of successful actions (like purchases, sign-ups, or leads).
Channel Metrics – Performance comparison across channels (Email, WhatsApp, Ads, etc.) including Sent, Delivered, Open Rate, CTR, and Engagement Rate.
Use the date filters at the top to toggle between weekly, monthly, or yearly trends.
What is the Channel Metrics section?
The Channel Metrics section visualizes your performance across multiple communication channels in one chart. You can:
View total sent, delivered, opened, and engagement trends over time.
Identify which channels are improving or underperforming.
Compare short-term (weekly) and long-term (monthly/yearly) changes.
Hover over any point in the chart to view exact data values and percentage changes.
