Problem: "Email integration connected but still shows as unavailable"
​Solution: Verify your integration is fully configured with a verified sender domain and valid API credentials. Check the integration status in Settings.

Problem: "SMS channel requires phone number"
​Solution: Most SMS providers require you to purchase and verify a phone number first. Visit your SMS provider's console to acquire a number, then refresh your markopolo integration.

Problem: "WhatsApp option is grayed out"
​Solution: WhatsApp requires three things: (1) Twilio integration, (2) WhatsApp Business Account configured in Twilio, and (3) Autonomous content mode selected. If you're using self-written mode, WhatsApp is unavailable.

Problem: "Voice calls are too expensive"
​Solution: Voice calls have higher per-interaction costs than email or SMS. Start with a small test campaign (10-50 calls) to verify ROI before scaling. Consider using voice only for high-value customers or urgent communications.
