In Step 3: Channels & Workflow Design
Ensure Autonomous mode is selected (WhatsApp requires AI-generated content)
Find the WhatsApp channel card
Toggle to Enable
Select which Twilio integration to use (if you have multiple)
The AI will automatically generate template-compliant content in Step 4
