WHAT IS A TRIAL BOX?
The trial box is the perfect introduction to Marro. It’s your cat’s chance to try out our meals and see if we pass their taste test (spoiler: they’re going to love it). Based on your preferences during signup, you’ll receive either a 7-day or 14-day trial.
You’ll get to choose from our five delicious recipes, and if your cat has any allergies or special dietary needs, we’ll make sure their trial box is free from any unsuitable options.
If chicken is one of your selected recipes, we may pop in an extra couple of pouches. It’s our most successful recipe for cats who are new to Marro – especially the fussier ones. It's deliciously tempting and often the one that seal the deals when transitioning.
As you continue with Marro, you can adjust your recipe selections at any time.
Payment for the trial box is processed at checkout. Once paid, the trial box contents can’t be changed or cancelled. However, after it arrives, you’ll have full flexibility to pause, skip, or reschedule your next deliveries as needed.

Create an Account: Follow the prompts to set up your Marro account. An account is necessary to view and secure the discounted cost.
Build Your Box: Customize your trial box using recommendations tailored for your cat.
Place Your Order: Confirm your order and enjoy fresh, high-quality meals for your feline friend. To ensure smooth adjustments, please remember that all changes must be made by 11 pm, two days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your trial box arrives, you’re in control of future deliveries. Your next delivery will be set for 7 or 14 days after the trial box (depending on your trial box). You can change your recipe selection, change your delivery date, skip a box, or even cancel anytime.
Any changes to your subscription, such as pausing, skipping, or cancelling deliveries, need to be made by 11 pm, two days before your scheduled delivery date. Past this deadline, your delivery will be processed and en route.
