Intro to MaverickRE Template

We're excited to introduce MaverickRE, a powerful lead conversion tool designed to support our team’s success. By using MaverickRE, we can keep our CRM updated, ensure no leads are overlooked, and improve productivity across the board. Here’s a quick overview of how this tool will support you and what you'll need to do to make the most of it.


How MaverickRE Will Benefit You

  1. Lead Management

    • MaverickRE helps keep all leads organized, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

    • You’ll receive automated text prompts to confirm appointment details and outcomes. Based on your response, the system will automatically update stages and appointment outcomes in Follow Up Boss (FUB).

  2. Accountability and Performance

    • Nudges will remind you via text, email and FUB notifications to log activities in FUB, keeping your leads engaged and preventing loss due to missed follow-ups.

      • Note: Teams using this tool report over 20-25% increased productivity!

    • Performance Insights help you track productivity and identify ways to improve conversion, leading to higher revenue potential.

  3. Training & Coaching

    • AI Coaching & Call Grading provides scores and feedback on calls made to leads in FUB, helping you understand your current performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • You can practice privately with AI, receiving immediate scores and feedback to refine your skills and boost your performance.


Key Actions for You

Log Appointments in FUB

  • Make sure you enter all buyer and seller appointments into FUB.

  • If you have multiple showings on the same day for the same lead, just enter one appointment.

Respond to Appointment Outcome Texts

  • MaverickRE will send you a text after an appointment to gather details. Responding allows the system to update lead stages and appointment outcomes automatically in FUB.

    • You simply reply with the number that corresponds with the outcomes and stages presented in the text.

Respond to Nudges

  • You may receive up to [ ] reminders if activity isn’t logged for a lead. If there’s no action taken after [ ] nudges, the lead may be reassigned to maintain momentum.

Most teams using MaverickRE will nudge an agent on a lead up to 3 times prior to reassigning the lead. Please see your team lead for more information on your team's expectations.

  • Check your 'At Risk of Reassignment' Smartlist in FUB. Please ensure this list is cleared every week, if not daily.
