Step-By-Step Guide

1. Sources

During the onboarding setup process, you will need to configure your lead sources. MaverickRE pulls these lead sources directly from your Follow Up Boss (FUB) account. This step ensures that your leads are accurately categorized and reported in your Maverick account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This step is crucial and must be completed. There are other steps later on that you may skip if needed.

  1. Lead Source Column:

    • Under the Type column, you'll indicate which sources are team generated sources, which ones are Sphere Sources and which sources you wish to ignore from reporting.

      • Team: Select "Team" for lead sources that are generated by your team.

      • Sphere: Select "Sphere" for personal or sphere of influence (SOI) leads, which are non-team generated sources.

      • Ignore: If there are lead sources you do not want to include in any reporting, you can choose to ignore them.

  2. Transaction Source Column:

    • The Transaction Source column IS NOT addressed at this stage. This portion is intended for clients with the Revenue Accelerator PRO package and will be configured later if applicable.
