Overview

This document provides a daily framework to help you stay consistent with crucial tasks alongside your regular responsibilities. Following this cadence will not only streamline your workflow but also promote consistency within your team.

Monday

  • Update all agents on what the monthly goal is, and where the team count is at

  • Update all agents on current monthly competition numbers

  • Check all new agent’s activity for the previous week

  • All agents that fall short of activity schedule a meeting (Wednesday)

Tuesday

  • Update FUB templates for texting/outbound

  • Complete three call review Loom videos. Make sure each video contains the three elements:

    • Celebrate the effort

    • Critique the mistake

    • Offer help for improvement

Wednesday

  • Set meetings with all agents below production/activity.

  • Confirm new agents activity (mid-week check-in). Text agents that are below metrics and offer to help.

  • Send out celebratory text midweek to teams with an agent win.

Thursday

  • Pipeline Reviews to be done on your agents.

  • Pick a quarter of your agents and review pipeline activity/stages. Using the “Nurture/Active/Hot” system. The goal is to finish the whole team each month

Friday

  • Send out “This week” text. Celebrating ALL the wins of the week. From contracts to activities. Update agents on current contract count and monthly team goal.

  • Keep all agents on task with the basic tasks based on rank. Each rank has core growth activities that agents should be executing. This is happening in addition to the weekly check-in with Sales Manager. After each promotion of rank agents schedule an additional 5 weeks to check in until they reach the “Producer”
