When does my call quota reset?
Your call quota will be reset on the first of each calendar month.
I need more calls to be scored, is it possible for me to increase my quota?
Yes! If you find that you need more calls scored, we recommend upgrading to the Revenue Accelerator PRO package. If you do not wish to upgrade, you can purchase additional calls as needed at an extra cost. Please reach out to your Client Success Manager for more information.
Will my unused call quota roll over to the next month if I don't use all my calls?
No, any unused call scores will not roll over to the next month, so be sure to use them up!
Who is able to access the AI Call Tools?
Any FUB user on your account can access the AI Call Tools to see their AI Coach Numbers and grading feedback specific to them. However, only admins can adjust custom grading preferences and view all agents' data.

Does call recording need to be turned on in Follow Up Boss?
Yes! Call recording must be turned on in order for MaverickRE to collect and grade your agent's FUB calls. This article will walk you through how to set up call recording in FUB.
My ISA is located outside of the United States, how will they be able to call the AI?
International ISAs can connect with the AI Coach using a local Voice over IP (VoIP) number such as Google Voice, Zoom, or RingCentral to connect with the AI Coach. These platforms allow users to obtain a local phone number, enabling seamless interaction with the AI Coach system. Ensure that the VoIP number used is linked to the ISA's profile in FUB.
Which number should my agent's be calling from when calling an AI Coach Number?
Your agent's should be calling the AI Coach Numbers using the phone number listed in their FUB USER PROFILE. You can view these numbers by going to Users in your MaverickRE Preferences.
Are the AI Coaching Calls recorded?
At this time, we do not provide access to AI Coach call recordings due to the current design and infrastructure of our platform. Instead, we focus on delivering detailed summaries and actionable feedback for each call, which are designed to help agents improve their performance effectively and efficiently.
That said, as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the platform, we are actively evaluating ways to optimize how recordings could be made accessible in the future while maintaining a seamless and intuitive user experience.
