How do I register for the MaverickRE Freemium Business Assessment?

To register for the Freemium report, visit this page and follow the registration steps as instructed. Here is a quick tutorial that will walk you through the registration and explain what information we are requesting and why.

I registered for the Freemium report, now what?

Now that you've registered for the report, you'll receive your first one in about 30 days and each month thereafter. It's important that you do not delete the FUB API key you provided when registering as this will automatically unsubscribe you from the report.

I registered for the report, does this mean I have an account?

No, registering for the report does not mean you have an account with MaverickRE. If you're interested in the full MaverickRE platform, you can book a demo right from your free report or sign up on the waitlist here.

Why am I receiving this export request from MaverickRE via FUB?

This is not spam! In order to pull your data into your free MaverickRE report, we require approval from the Follow Up Boss license owner. Once received, we kindly ask that you click the confirmation link in the email so that we can begin to power your free report!

How do I exclude specific sources from my Freemium Report?

Do you have sources that you do not want included in your Freemium Report? We can help!

Important Note: Please ensure all leads are assigned to the correct lead source in your CRM.

To exclude sources from your Freemium Report, please submit a request to assessment@maverickre.com.

How do I exclude agents from my Freemium Report?

Do you have agents that you do not want displayed in your reporting? We can take care of that for you!

Important Note: Excluding an agent will remove their assigned leads from your reporting as well. That includes data such as the lead’s source, stage, appointment outcomes and outreach effort. Please ensure that your leads are properly assigned to the correct agents and updated accordingly.

To exclude specific agents from your Freemium report, please submit a request to assessment@maverickre.com and include a list of those agents. Please ensure that the names you provide are spelled exactly as they appear in your CRM.

I have more/fewer leads in a stage or category than I expected. How can I get my report to show accurate numbers?

Are your stages not categorized the way they should be? We can categorize each of your CRM stages under a specific MaverickRE stage type!

For example, when you registered for the report you may have categorized your A - Hot - 90 Days and B - Warm - 3-9 Months stages as Short Term Nurture so you’ll see all leads in the stage of A - Hot - 90 Days and B - Warm - 3-9 Months populate under the Short Term Nurture category in your report.

If you’d like to update which category your stages should be included in, please send a request to assessment@maverickre.com.

New/No Contact Made (Lead, Unresponsive, Etc.)

Short Term Nurture (Looking Soon)

Long Term Nurture (A few months out)

Actively Listed/Showing Homes

Closed/Under Contract

Rejected/Trash

Ignore (Recruiting, Sphere, Etc.)

*Please note that these are the only MaverickRE stage types available at this time.

My report shows that my team is not utilizing our CRM’s dialer tool, what does that mean?

The best teams consistently track and optimize their calls and conversations; How many outbound calls they make, how many of them are conversations (calls over 2 minutes), and how many conversations become appointments. To do this well, your entire team should be calling their leads through the CRM dialer.

Remember, if it didn’t happen in FUB, it didn’t happen!

My report shows that my team is not fully utilizing our appointment tracking, what does that mean?

The best teams consistently track and optimize their appointments: how many they set, how many actually met and all other possible appointment outcomes. It's important that you have set outreach expectations with your team and have solid tracking in place as these are key indicators for success. The best part is, we can help with that!

How do I update my report?

If your report requires any updates to the settings or the email address on file that is receiving the report, please send your request to assessment@maverickre.com.
