How to update your MaverickRE settings and CRM mappings.

How to Edit/Update Your MaverickRE Configurations

Your preferences is where you will configure your CRM and Transaction sources, appointment types and map your stages to your funnels. This is to ensure MaverickRE is providing accurate information and insight on the lead sources that mean the most to your business!

Let's get started!

To edit or update your Maverick Configurations, hover over your profile avatar in the top right hand corner of your screen in MaverickRE and select Preferences. Next, select the Data Configs tab.

CRM Sources

These are the lead sources that we’ve pulled in from your CRM (FUB). In the CRM sources section of your MaverickRE configs you will need to select which lead sources are a Team source and which are a Sphere source.

To update or edit these source types, use the drop down selector on the Type column next to the corresponding source you'd like to edit/update. You will need to indicate whether the source is Team or Sphere.

Transaction Sources

These are the lead sources that we’ve pulled in from your Transaction Management System (TMS). In the Transaction Management sources section of your MaverickRE Settings, you will need to select which lead sources are a Team source and which are a Sphere source.

To update or edit these transaction source types, use the drop down selector on the Type column next to the corresponding transaction source you'd like to edit/update. You will need to indicate whether the transaction source type is Team or Sphere.

Transaction Sources to CRM Sources

In this section, you are mapping the sources that are in your CRM to the sources that are in your transaction management system.

To update or edit these source mappings, use the drop down selector on the transactions sources column and select the Transaction Source that corresponds with the CRM source.

CRM sources may be different from Transaction Sources depending on what source you close your transactions out with in your TMS. For example, you may have several Ylopo lead sources in your CRM like Ylopo Adwords, Ylopo Direct Connect, Ylopo Social but when those sources are closed in your Transaction Management System, you may use Ylopo to encompass all Ylopo deals. You'll want to keep this in mind as this does impact how the lead sources are shown in your reports.

Stages to Types

In this section, you are mapping your stages to a Maverick stage type.

To update or edit the stage types, use the drop down selector on the Type column and select the stage type that corresponds with the lead stage in your CRM. For definitions of each stage type in Maverick, visit this article.

Appointment Outcomes

Appointment outcomes are pulled from your CRM (FUB). In this section you are letting the system know which outcome was Met, Not Met, Unknown and which outcomes should be ignored.

To update or edit the appointment outcome type, use the drop down selector on the Type column and configure each appointment outcome accordingly.

Appointment Types

Appointment types are pulled from your CRM (FUB). In this section you are letting the system know which Appointment Type is a Buyer and which is a Seller.

To update or edit the appointment type, use the drop down selector on the Buyer/Seller column and indicate which appointment types are Buyer and which are Seller.

Tip: With some preferences, you'll have the option to show 'Only Unconfigured’. This will filter only the sources that need to be configured so you don't have to scroll through possibly hundreds of sources to find the one you need.
