This guide aims to provide a clear understanding of the main purpose, functionality, and key rules governing the Weekly Agent Emails.

Purpose

The primary objective of the Weekly Agent Email is to empower individual agents to track their productivity on Team Leads effectively. This feature plays a crucial role in providing insightful metrics and facilitating informed decision-making.


How Stats Are Calculated

Understanding the calculation rules is vital for interpreting the stats provided in the Weekly Agent Email. The adherence to these rules ensures the accuracy and reliability of the metrics, empowering agents with meaningful insights.

Here's a breakdown of what stats are included:

Agent Assigned Leads

  • The numbers presented in the Weekly Agent Email are derived from leads specifically assigned to the agent within the defined timeframe. It's essential to note that any contact attempts made to leads in a Pond or those assigned to someone else will not be reflected in the Weekly Agent Email.

Team Sources

  • The Weekly Agent Email focuses exclusively on lead sources mapped as Team Leads. Contact attempts to leads categorized as 'Sphere' or 'Ignore' sources will not be included in the metrics, ensuring a precise representation of agent activity on Team Sourced Leads.

Mapped Stages

  • Reporting in the email excludes any stages set to 'Ignore'. This strategic exclusion ensures that agents receive a focused and relevant overview of their performance, streamlining the analysis process.

Outbound Calls Only

  • For accurate tracking, only outbound calls placed by the agent within the CRM (Follow Up Boss) are counted. This specific criterion guarantees that the metrics align with the agent's proactive outreach efforts.


Snapshot Breakdown

Contact Attempts

Phone Calls Made

  • Total outbound calls made to Team Sourced Leads that are or were assigned to the Active Agent within the 7 or 30 day timeframe. This will also exclude any call attempts to leads in stages that are set to 'Ignore' in preferences.

Conversations Had

  • Total conversations that were 2 minutes or longer to Team Sourced Leads that are or were assigned to the Active Agent within the 7 or 30 day timeframe. This will also exclude any conversations attempts to leads in stages that are set to 'Ignore' in preferences.

Texts Sent

  • Total outbound texts sent to Team Sourced Leads that are or were assigned to the Active Agent within the 7 or 30 day timeframe. This will also exclude any text attempts to leads in stages that are set to 'Ignore' in preferences.

Emails Sent

  • Total outbound emails sent to Team Sourced Leads that are or were assigned to the Active Agent within the 7 or 30 day timeframe. This will also exclude any email attempts to leads in stages that are set to 'Ignore' in preferences.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Email totals will include any Batch Emails, Emails from Action Plans, and any other Drip Campaign Emails.

Appointment Stats

Appointments Taken

  • Total appointments created within the the last 30 Days that are assigned to the Active Agent.

Appointments Held (Met With)

  • Total appointments with a 'Met' outcome. To check what outcomes are mapped as 'Met', log into MaverickRE Account and check under preferences.

Appointments Needing Update

  • Total appointments within the last 7 Days with a missing 'Outcome' on the appointment in FUB/CRM.

Appointments Not Met With

  • Total appointments with a 'Not Met' outcome. To check what outcomes are mapped as 'Not Met', log into MaverickRE Account and check under preferences.

Team Transactions

Leads Taken (Pro Package Only)

  • Total leads claimed through the router within the week timeframe.

Contracts Bound in the Past 90 Days

  • Total transactions in 'Pending' status within TMS (FUB Deals, Sisu, Brokermint, etc) with an Acceptance Date in 90 day timeframe.

Currently Pending

  • Total transactions in 'Pending' status within TMS (FUB Deals, Sisu, Brokermint, etc) with a Close Date in set timeframe.

Closed

  • Total transactions in 'Closed' status within TMS (FUB Deals, Sisu, Brokermint, etc) with a Close Date in set timeframe.

Sphere Transactions

Contracts Bound in the Past 90 Days

Currently Pending

Closed
