This article aims to guide you through a detailed breakdown of your Lead Source Report.

Lead Source Overview Snapshot

  • Leads

    • Buyer - Number of non-Seller type leads (determined by FUB CRM lead type) created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE

    • Seller - Number of Seller type leads (determined by FUB CRM lead type) created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE

    • Total - Buyer + Seller leads

IMPORTANT NOTE: If a lead source on the CRM side is not mapped to a transaction source then that lead will not be counted towards the Lead Source Report stats

  • Communication

    • Calls

      • SUM of outbound Calls to leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE.

    • Calls %

      • Distinct # of leads which received an outbound call divided by total number of leads created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE.

    • Texts

      • SUM of outbound Texts to leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE.

    • Texts %

      • Distinct # of leads which received an outbound Text divided by total number of leads created from source.

    • Emails

      • SUM of outbound and inbound Emails for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE.

    • Emails %

      • Distinct # of leads which received an outbound Text \divided by total number of leads created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE

IMPORTANT NOTES!

  • Totals are determined based on how your CRM Lead Sources are mapped to your transaction sources in your MaverickRE preferences

  • Email communication includes Action Plans and Batch Emails.

  • Appointments

    • Overall

      • SUM of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE created within the selected Timeframe

    • Held

      • SUM of Appointments "held" in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE created within the selected Timeframe.

    • Held %

      • Total SUM of "Appointments Held" divided by the SUM of "Overall Appointments" created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE created within the selected Timeframe.

  • Deals

    • Written (Accepted)

      • Transactions with Acceptance Date within timeframe associated with selected SOURCE

    • Pending

      • Transactions in "Pending" status with Acceptance Date within timeframe + Previous timeframe offset associated with selected SOURCE OR Close Date within timeframe + Previous timeframe offset

    • Closed

      • Transactions in "Closed" status with Close Date within timeframe associated with selected SOURCE

  • Conversion

    • Closed %

      • Transactions in "Closed" status with Close Date within timeframe divded by total Leads (determined by FUB CRM lead type) created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE

    • Closed & Pending %

      • Transactions in "Closed" & "Pending" status with Close Date within selected timeframe divided by total Leads (determined by FUB CRM lead type) created within the selected timeframe which are mapped to the selected SOURCE.
