Overview

MaverickRE's AI Sales Coach allows your agents to practice their calls with simulated prospects, engaging in realistic conversations to hone their skills without the risk of losing real leads.

Our AI Sales Coach provides a safe environment for your team to experiment, make mistakes, and try different approaches. With 60+ simulated personas and 5 unique objections per persona, your agents can engage in over 1,000 varied conversations to practice their phone and sales skills. After each session, they receive detailed feedback to help them improve continuously.

The goal of each call is to set an appointment with the lead. The lead will give multiple objections as you try to set the appointment, which have to be overcome or the simulated client will end the call. We consider the call "won" if you book a specific appointment time and date, and "lost" if the prospect hangs up before this is accomplished.

If you call into the 'Standard Buyer' or any of the other 'Scenarios', you'll get a different persona with a different background and objections each time -- although it is possible due to randomization to get the same persona more than once. Please note, even if you do get the same named persona, that persona can rotate through a series of different objections so that each conversation with a single named persona is fresh every time.

We recommend that sales managers start out by trying the system themselves and then think about how they want to integrate that into existing training and coaching processes.

How to Use Call Coaching with Agents

To start using this with your agents, all they need to do is to call one of the numbers listed on the 'AI Coach Numbers'. Once the agent calls and has a conversation, they will get an email outlining their score, feedback, and other stats.

IMPORTANT: Agents need to call from their personal number tied to their Follow Up Boss account, NOT the FUB Dialer.

How to Access Agent Scoring and Feedback

For Admins, to access Agent scoring you'll do so under the 'AI Call Grading' tab in Maverick. To filter in these calls, you'll first need to select 'AI Coach' under the 'Call Type' field.

You'll then toggle 'Recordings & Data' to see call table:

To see the full call breakdown, all you need to do is expand drop down arrow on the left of 'Lead Name':
