Step-by-step instructions on how to complete your MaverickRE Account setup

Welcome to MaverickRE! Our goal is to simplify your workflow with an easy setup process, so you can quickly start utilizing our fantastic features. With MaverickRE, you can benefit from AI Call Grading and Coaching, Agent Nudging for leads that might otherwise slip through the cracks, Agent Leaderboards, and much more! In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to complete your MaverickRE setup and get you up and running in no time!

NOTE: You should have received a link to the setup form from your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Implementation Specialist. This link will direct you to the necessary setup process. If you haven't received it or need assistance, please reach out to your CSM or Implementation Specialist.

Creating Your MaverickRE Account

Important: Please have your Follow Up Boss (FUB) account open in a separate tab.

  1. Contact Info

    • When you first receive your invitation to set up your MaverickRE account, you'll be asked to provide some information about the account owner, your team name, and the timezone your team operates in. Click "Next" to proceed.

  2. FUB API Key

    • Next, you will be prompted to enter your FUB API key. It is crucial that the API key is created from the primary FUB account owner's profile.

    • This will trigger a FUB export request, sending a confirmation email to the email address provided in the previous step. Click "Next" to continue.

    • If you are unsure of where to go to create your FUB API Key, please visit this article from the Follow Up Boss Help Center.

  3. Confirm FUB Export

    • In this step, you can confirm your export directly from the page OR by clicking the confirmation link in the email sent by FUB.

  4. Accounts

    • Select which users need a login to your MaverickRE account. This should include the account owner and any admins who need access, you WILL NOT add your agents.

    • Don’t worry if you forget to add someone at this step; your CSM or Implementation Specialist can help you add other users later.

  5. Account Created

    • Now that you've completed the initial setup of your MaverickRE account, you and any other selected users will receive an invite to create a password and log in to your account.

Congratulations! Your MaverickRE account has been successfully created. You will now be redirected to your account at my.maverickre.com. Log in to start customizing your account preferences. For detailed guidance on setting up your account preferences, please visit this help article.
