We will provide a Google Form before your trip to collect information on dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences.

Allergies & Dietary Considerations:

  • Hotels aim to provide familiar food or simple local dishes. Discuss expectations with students beforehand.

  • It is essential that all allergies and dietary preferences are registered and set to us via your passenger information form. It is the Party Leader's responsibility to send out this form to parents/ guardians. You will find the form and it's responses on your SLIC page.

  • Special dietary requirements may not always be fully understood. Work with us to find solutions, and bring suitable food items if necessary.

  • Please re-confirm dietary needs with hotel staff and your Max Ski representative upon arrival. Highlighting to the hotel staff which passengers have special requirements.

Optional Group Meals:

  • If planning a group outing to a local restaurant, inform your Max Ski representative at least 24 hours in advance to prevent food wastage at the hotel.

Meal Types:

  • Arrival and departure meals may include hot/cold buffets or packed lunches.

First Meal - Evening meal on arrival day. Breakfast on departure date.

  • Full-Board Packages:

    • Unless stated otherwise on your proposal, groups will have a designated restaurant and meal time.

    • Efforts will be made to stagger meal times with other schools, though delays may occur during busy periods like February half-term and Easter.

  • USA Lunch Options:

    • Typical cost: $15–25.

    • Voucher systems can be arranged to reduce the need for students to carry cash—notify us if you’d like to use this system.
