Initial Passenger Data Collection

To confirm your booking, we require the following for all passengers (including staff):

  • Passport Names: Must match the passport exactly.

  • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

  • Gender (Male/Female)

Your SLIC page includes an example spreadsheet for collecting this information. Accurate data is critical for booking confirmation and travel documentation, and incorrect spellings may incur costs.

Booking Confirmation and Deadlines

  • Your booking is not confirmed until we have:

    • Received the initial passenger information.

    • Received your deposit payment.

  • Booking Deadline: Check your trip proposal for the confirmation deadline.

  • Post-Deadline Changes: Availability and pricing may change after the deadline, so ensure all actions are completed promptly.

For further assistance, contact your Tour Coordinator—we’re here to help make your trip a success!

Secondary Passenger Data Collection

Closer to your departure, additional passenger information will need to be collected via a Passenger Information Form (commonly referred to as the "Ski Fit" form).

  • Key Details Collected:

    • Full passport details

    • Height and weight

    • Shoe size

    • Ski experience

    • Dietary needs and allergies

    • Relevant medical information

  • Timeline:

    • This form must be distributed to parents or guardians and returned no later than 12 weeks before departure.

    • Charges will apply for any information submitted after this deadline.

  • Accuracy and Security:

    • Providing accurate and complete information is essential to ensure smooth arrangements for travel and activities.

    • All information is securely stored, shared only with relevant suppliers, and deleted after use.

Accessing Forms and Responses

Both the form and responses will be available on your SLIC page for easy reference by Party Leaders.

Speak to your Tour Coordinator if you have any problems.
