We calculate our tour prices based on a minimum of 40 full-paying passengers. However, if demand or interest falls short of this number, you can use the following formulas to adjust your tour prices:
38–56 Paying Passengers: Listed Price (no change).
29–37 Paying Passengers: Listed Price x 1.03 (3% increase).
20–28 Paying Passengers: Listed Price x 1.08 (8% increase).
0–19 Paying Passengers: Please contact your Account Manager. We are confident we can create a custom solution for your group.
