Quickly and easily place bids as the administrator on behalf of your bidders using the Live Assistant.

The Live Assistant can be found under the main 'Auctions' menu as seen below:

On the Live Assistant page, you must select the auction. Do so in the upper right section from the drop down menu.

You'll then see the Live Assistant page for the auction you have selected:

Simply enter the Bidder# and the bid amount (max bid optional) and click on the green 'Bid Now' button. This will enter the bid on behalf of the bidder.

Halt/Resume: To mimic a live auction, the admin can 'Halt' any item at any time. A message of 'Halted' will appear on the public auction pages for that item. If the admin 'Resumes' the item, you can optionally Extend the item end date/time. If this is selected, you will need to enter a brand new End Date & time for the item.

Bulk Bid submission: You can enter multiple bids on different items and then hit the green 'Bid Now' button to submit in bulk.

Bidding after an item has ended: The admin can enter a bid even AFTER the countdown timer has reached 0:00. When this occurs, the admin will see a pop-up message asking if you want to EXTEND the time on the item.

Refresh: If you are running a live sale event, we highly recommend that you use the 'Refresh' icon found towards the upper left section of this page often. This will ensure that you are viewing the most recent data and bid prices!
