Once registered on a Maxanet-powered auction site, every bidder gets their own profile page with tabs for managing personal info, viewing all bids and invoices, tracking payments, and managing saved payment methods. Bidders also have a Global Watchlist that works across auctions. Admins can control which of these features are visible to bidders via Roles & Permissions. This article is a reference for what each tab does.

Bidders can change their own password, first/last name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address from the Basic Information tab. These changes apply across every Maxanet site under the same auction company's account.

A list of every bid the bidder has ever placed across every auction on this Maxanet site, including item, amount, auction, and status.

A list of every Buy Now item the bidder has purchased, useful for tracking fixed-price purchases separately from regular auction wins.

Every invoice the bidder has ever received on this Maxanet site, with invoice number, auction title, total amount, amount paid, and status. The Actions menu on each invoice lets the bidder make their own payment (if the auction company uses MaxanetPay) and download either the Summary or Detailed PDF version of the invoice.

A chronological list of every payment the bidder has made, across all auctions and invoices.

For auction companies using MaxanetPay, this tab lets bidders see the credit cards currently on file, add additional payment methods, or delete existing ones. Cards added here can be used automatically when invoices are generated.

Accessed by clicking the bidder number in the upper-right corner of any public auction page. The Global Watchlist shows every item the bidder is watching across every auction in one place, with a filter menu at the top to switch between Current and Ended auctions, specific auctions, and open versus ended items. Bidders can place bids directly from the Global Watchlist without navigating back to individual auction pages.

The auction company's admin can control which tabs and features are available in the bidder profile through Admin → Go To Admin → Roles & Permissions → Bidder. Individual features can be hidden or disabled per-account preference.

Open the Invoices tab in your profile, click the Actions menu on the invoice row, and choose either Summary or Detailed download.
