Maxanet clients receive a monthly invoice by email from billing@maxanet.com between the 15th and 25th of each month for the previous month's usage. You can pay by clicking the Pay Now button in the email, or set up AutoPay (required for all clients) so a stored credit card or bank account is charged automatically every month. This article explains how each payment flow works and how to update your billing information.

When to expect your monthly Maxanet invoice

Maxanet clients receive an invoice by email from billing@maxanet.com between the 15th and 25th of each month. The invoice covers the previous month's usage and arrives with a detailed, printable PDF invoice attached to the email. Please save a copy of each invoice for your records β€” Maxanet does not currently provide a self-service invoice history portal.

How to pay the invoice from the email (Pay Now)

Open the email from billing@maxanet.com, click the Pay Now button inside it, and follow the prompts to enter payment information. Once the transaction processes, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation email. Save the confirmation for your records.

How to sign up for AutoPay (required)

Maxanet requires all clients to sign up for AutoPay β€” a stored credit card or bank account that is charged automatically each month when your invoice is generated. To enroll, email billing@maxanet.com with your name, company name, company address, and the email address where you would like the secure setup link sent. Maxanet's billing team will respond with a secure link you can use to enter your payment information. Once AutoPay is active, a payment receipt is emailed to you each time your account is charged β€” save these for your records.

How to update your billing or account information

To change or update your Maxanet billing information (payment method, billing email, company details) or for any billing questions, contact Maxanet billing at billing@maxanet.com. The billing team handles all account, subscription, and payment inquiries.
