Maxanet has a built-in Share This Auction feature that lets you post any current, draft, or ended auction to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or LinkedIn directly from your admin panel. You can also copy or email the direct link to the auction instead of sharing to social media. This article walks through how to share an auction step by step.

Log into your Maxanet admin panel and navigate to Auctions in the left navigation. Click Current Auctions (or Draft/Ended if you want to share one of those). Find the auction you want to share, click the 3-dot Actions menu on the right side of the auction title, and select Share This Auction. A pop-up window opens with sharing options.

The share pop-up has icons for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Click the icon for the platform you want. A second pop-up opens the social network's share page. If you are not already logged into that network, it will prompt you to log in. Once logged in, compose your post (add a caption, tag your business page, etc.) and click Post to Facebook (or the equivalent button for the selected network).

On the same pop-up window, you can also click Copy to copy the auction URL to your clipboard, or Email to open your default email client with the auction URL pre-filled. Copy is useful for pasting into SMS, other platforms not listed (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp), or into your own blog posts.

Yes. The Share This Auction option is available on Current, Draft, and Ended auctions. Note that draft auctions may not be publicly visible depending on your 'Display in Public Page' setting.

Instagram doesn't support direct web-link sharing through third-party tools. Use the Copy option to copy the auction URL and paste it into your Instagram bio or story.

No. Maxanet's share feature is real-time only — it opens the social network's post composer. To schedule, copy the URL and use a social scheduling tool like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
