How to resolve missing email addresses and phone numbers on Orders?
Some of your orders will be held by Mayple when either an email address or a phone number is missing from them. Then, you can add this information from the Orders page in Mayple following the steps below:
Go to the Orders page here: https://app.maypleglobal.com/orders
Check for orders with the status "On hold"
βClick the "View Details" button
Under Customer Details, click the red button which directs you to the Shopify order page
βThen, click the Customer name on the right side of the Shopify order
βThen click "Edit Contact Information" to add the missing email address and phone number
