How to resolve missing email addresses and phone numbers on Orders?

Some of your orders will be held by Mayple when either an email address or a phone number is missing from them. Then, you can add this information from the Orders page in Mayple following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Orders page here: https://app.maypleglobal.com/orders

  2. Check for orders with the status "On hold"
    ​

  3. Click the "View Details" button

  4. Under Customer Details, click the red button which directs you to the Shopify order page
    ​

  5. Then, click the Customer name on the right side of the Shopify order
    ​

  6. Then click "Edit Contact Information" to add the missing email address and phone number
    ​
