Set monthly budget limits
If you set a monthly budget limit for charging (e.g., €150 per month), any charging costs that exceed this limit would be paid by the employee. This is part of Mbrella Charge's cost control features to help companies manage their charging expenses.
Limit charging outside allowed countries
If you implement country restrictions (e.g., only allowing charging in Belgium), any charging sessions conducted outside the allowed countries would be billed to the employee via their personal payment method.
Limit the use of fast chargers
If you have chosen to block or restrict the use of fast charging stations to promote cheaper charging options, an employee using a fast charger will have to pay for that session themselves.
Block specific chargers
If specific charging providers or stations are blocked, the employees will have to pay for these sessions themselves if they use these blocked chargers.
Bill the cost for idle fees to your employees
You may choose to have employees pay for idle fees or "rotation tariffs" that occur when a fully charged car remains plugged in and blocking the charger.
Bill the cost for office charging to your employees
You might require employees to pay for charging at the office, similar to how you wouldn't provide free gas for fuel cars. In these cases, the cost might be deducted from the employee's paycheck.
Any charging session that does not comply with the company's set cost controls will be fully charged to the employee privately, typically via their credit card.
