How km count syncing works
When you connect your car to Mbrella, the platform establishes the connection with your vehicle. However, kilometre data only appears after your first charging session.
Here's what happens:
You connect your car to Mbrella
The connection is established successfully
You charge your car for the first time (or next time after connection)
After the charging session completes, the km count syncs automatically
Your kilometre data now appears in Mbrella
💡 After the first sync, your km count will continue to update automatically after each subsequent charging session.
