You're interested in offering home charging reimbursement to your employees, but you don't process payroll through Mbrella. Here's what you need to know.
Currently, home charging reimbursement requires a payroll connection.
At the moment, home charging reimbursement via Mbrella is only available for organisations with an active payroll connection. This is because reimbursement data flows directly into your payroll export.
If your organisation doesn't have a payroll connection with Mbrella, get in touch with your account manager at charge.support@mbrella.eu. They'll discuss alternative options or workarounds that might suit your setup.
❗ Important: Without a payroll connection, automatic reimbursement through Mbrella isn't currently supported — but we're here to explore what's possible for your organisation.
