🙋♀️ How can I ask for Mbrella Pay?
After your HR manager gave you access to Mbrella pay, you will receive an alert email informing you of this new benefit.
You will see the Mbrella Pay card appearing in your Mobility hub
Go to your mobility hub
Click on the Mbrella pay card
Check if your details are correct
Click on order
📬 Where will I receive my card?
Your card will be delivered directly to your home in the 5 - 7 working days
⚠️ Contactless is not activated when you receive your card! You will first need to do a first payment through a payment terminal with your PIN code
⚠️ The first payment can't be made on an SNCB/NMBS payment terminal, you will need to do it on another mobility service (after this the card will work an SNCB/NMBS terminal)
