First some tips :

  1. ℹ️ Check the basics: Ensure your charging cable is properly connected and that your vehicle is compatible with the charging station. Verify that your charging card has sufficient balance or is properly activated.

  2. 🕵️‍♂️ Inspect the charging station: Look for any error messages or lights on the charging station that might indicate a malfunction. Some stations display specific error codes.

  3. 🎬 Restart the process: Try unplugging and plugging in the cable again or move to a different charging spot if one is available.

  4. 🛜 Check the network or app: If you're using a charging network app or website, check for live updates regarding the station. Sometimes a station might be temporarily offline due to maintenance.

  5. 🆘 Contact customer support: If the issue persists, please contact the customer support team of the charging station.

    1. Check the charging station: Most charging stations have a customer support phone number or email displayed on the unit. Look for a sticker or a screen that provides contact details.

    2. Use the app or network provider's website: You can usually find customer support options on their website. Many charging stations providers offer real-time chat or a dedicated help section.

    3. Take note of details: When contacting the customer support, have the following information ready:

      1. The location of the charging station

      2. The charging station's ID number (if available)

      3. Any error messages or codes

      4. Time and date of the issue
